Property and access
Include the building address, how the property is used, your role and the best on-site contact.
Equipment and findings
Name the systems involved and describe the reported concern or inspection item. Refer to the relevant report date or equipment location.
Work and timing
Explain the requested service, planned changes and any access or scheduling constraints. Call for a time-sensitive system concern.
Send a report or document request with your enquiry
If your enquiry relates to an inspection report or a request for fire safety records, email the relevant document to contact@fcfire.ca. Include the property address, the report or service date if known, and a brief description of what you need clarified or arranged.
For a written request from another party, include the wording of that request so we can understand which documents or follow-up are being sought. If several report items are involved, identify their item numbers or locations and explain whether you are requesting an assessment, a repair proposal or clarification of existing records.
Keep a copy of your enquiry with the report. This gives the property contact and service team a common starting point for discussing the scope and any information still needed.
